Q Chamber is proud to present an invitation-only event “In Conversation with Leo Varadkar”. Leo Varadkar is former Taoiseach (Prime Minister) of Ireland and one of the world’s most prominent openly gay political leaders.
In this dialogue, Leo Varadkar reflects on his journey through public office, exploring what it means to lead authentically at the highest levels of power while navigating scrutiny, expectations and change. Drawing on his experience in leadership and international diplomacy, the conversation will examine the intersections of identity, leadership and representation.

About Q Chamber:
Founded in 2022, Q Chamber is Singapore’s first LGBTQ+ and allied chamber of commerce, and strives to connect businesses and individuals to promote our shared economic interests and values of diversity, equity and inclusion.
As a business alliance, we exist to create economic agency - connecting businesses from SMEs to MNCs, opening pathways to employment, mentorship, leadership, and structural change. We were inspired by the lack of institutional support for LGBTQ+ professionals in Singapore and motivated to build what we didn’t have.
Our hope is that Q Chamber helps queer people thrive by making inclusion not only visible, but economically undeniable. For more information on Q Chamber, do visit our website or sign up to join our membership as a Corporate or Individual member
