This upcoming event, themed “Mentoring for Good”, marks the return of Q Mentors, Q Chamber’s mentoring initiative. Q Mentors brings together experienced queer leaders to support LGBTQ+ professionals through shared insight, practical advice and purposeful impact.

Through facilitated mentoring and networking, Q Mentors offers participants opportunities for immediate feedback across key development areas such as career development, navigating challenges, diversity & inclusion, professional relationships, personal branding, allyship and workplace dynamics.

For mentees, Q Mentors offers access to career capital: knowledge, networks and inspiration to lead with purpose. For mentors, the programme is a chance to pay it forward as you make time to help others navigate barriers and unlock potential.

For this session, we have a panel of out and proud LGBTQ+ mentors who have volunteered their time to support LGBTQ+-identified mentees. Whether your interest is to participate as a mentor or a mentee, we invite you to be a part of this highly interactive event. Your participation and feedback will help shape Q Mentors into a sustained initiative for our community.

Mark your calendar for 11 February 2026 (Wednesday) from 6:30 pm to 9 pm to join this event. Light bites and beverages will be provided.
