On this upcoming World Mental Health Day, Q Chamber is pleased to partner with Prout, a social and support platform for the LGBTQ+ community, to present this upcoming event themed "Proud Minds, Safe Spaces: Building Inclusive Workplaces for All".

Many of us in the LGBTQ+ community recognise that mental health is inseparable from safety, belonging and pride. The session brings together diverse speakers from local community groups who will share personal workplace experiences, offer practical insights on becoming better allies and colleagues, and discuss ways to tap into resources that champion diversity and inclusion practices. The conversation will also address the realities of workplace discrimination, highlighting strategies to foster safer, healthier environments where everyone can thrive.
